At Outhouse, each piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans in India. Because of this, every product is unique and may have slight variations—especially when natural stones or pearls are used. These natural differences are part of the beauty of handcrafted jewellery. All items undergo strict quality checks before they are shipped.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only accepted if:

  •  Your order arrives damaged in transit, or
  • You receive an incorrect product.

To qualify, items must be returned exactly as received—unworn, in their original packaging, and with the barcode tag intact and untampered.

 

Exchange Conditions
  • Exchanges are processed as a continuation of your original order and will reflect the original purchase price (MRP).
  • Discounts or sale prices do not apply to exchanged items, even if a sale is active at the time of your exchange request.
  • Custom or personalized jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned.
How to Make a Return (4 Steps)
  1. Inform Us Within 3 Days
    Email us at customercare@outhouse-jewellery.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Send Product Photographs
    Before arranging a return, please send clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product. Our Quality Control team will review and confirm if the return is approved.

  3. Return Pick-Up
    Once approved, we will arrange for the product to be collected from you.

  4. Replacement Shipment
    After we receive the returned item and verify it, we will dispatch your replacement product.

Please note:
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, nor for returns submitted without prior notification.

Refunds

Refunds Will Be Issued Only If:

  • The package is lost in transit.

Refund Timeline

  1. After your returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
  2. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Additional time may be required by your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.

Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For:

  • Incorrect, outdated, or incomplete delivery addresses
  • Deliveries attempted 3 times without success
  • Packages refused by the recipient
  • Sizing issues (please consult our size guide before ordering)
  • Products returned in used or damaged condition
  • Minor colour or design variations due to the handmade nature and natural stones
  • Items that are not faulty (a replacement will be provided if applicable)
  • Custom or personalized jewellery

All products purchased through our official website are guaranteed authentic. We cannot verify the authenticity of items bought elsewhere.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Each piece is handcrafted, and production begins immediately after the order is received. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
